The audit trail is genuinely better than what we had. Our compliance person stopped emailing me.

Questions people ask before paying once
Anything else, email us. A person answers within the hour on weekdays.
Is it really a one-time payment? What's the catch?
Yes. You pay $49 once and the account is yours: unlimited documents, unlimited team members, every feature, and everything we ship next. There is no renewal and no per-seat fee. The only thing we ask for is a card at the start of the trial, so your account keeps working the moment the trial ends.
What does the 7-day free trial include?
Everything. Send real documents to real signers, build templates, invite your team, and try every feature at full capacity. Nothing is charged until day eight, and you can cancel in one click from your account before then.
Is it legally binding like DocuSign?
Yes. Signatures follow the same laws DocuSign relies on: the US ESIGN Act and UETA, and eIDAS in the EU. Every signer accepts an electronic-records disclosure before signing, every completed PDF is cryptographically sealed and timestamped, and a tamper-evident audit trail records who did what and when.
Do my signers need an account?
No. Signers open a private link from their email and sign in the browser, on any device. They are never asked to create an account or install anything, and their names and emails never leave your workspace.
Can I move my DocuSign templates over?
Yes. Export your templates from DocuSign as PDFs, upload them here, and place your fields once. From then on each one sends in a click. Teams moving hundreds of templates can email us and we will help with the bulk import.
What happens to my documents if you shut down?
You keep them. Completed documents are sealed, self-contained PDFs you can download at any time, and every one is also written to a write-once archive that outlives our servers. We would give you at least 90 days' notice and a one-click export of everything.
Pay $49 once. Never see an e-signature bill again.
7-day free trial, then $49 one time. Unlimited documents, unlimited team members, every feature.
